When you send confidential personal credit card information to us on our Web site, secure server software which we have licensed, encrypts all information you input before it is sent to us. The information is scrambled en route and decoded once it reaches our Web site. For security purposes, we do not keep your credit card information in file.
Artchestra will not share or sell your personal and financial information.
We are sorry but for the moment we do not ship internationally.
We accept major credits cards and checks drawn on a U.S. bank.
If you order several items, please keep in mind that they may be shipped from several locations and arrive at different times.
We expect our artists to ship the items within 5 business days (if the creations is available) after receipt of the order but they may be shipped the next day. Availabilities vary and are noted with the description of the object on the website.
